A. Brief description: It’s an urban area that has a government, which is a mayor. It’s central of the neighborhood that has a shopping area and business. It has many things like public transportation large buildings but not as big or tall as the ones in the city.
It also has some characteristics of the city but not as much as the city.
B. Characteristic: It’s generally known that it’s bigger than a village, but it’s smaller than a city. It has churches and old buildings. The architecture is very old, but it’s not as busy as in the city where there are many cars.
C. Plus: If we’re living in the town we can have many things to do like going to the museum, going to the cinema, eating at the restaurant, shopping at the mall, and etc.
We can have nice houses and better job opportunities than in the village and all the facilities such as hospitals, sports arena, and etc are even closer than living in the village. You can also get more money and be richer than being in the rural areas.
D. Minus: The disadvantages are air pollution, high criminality, there are many people using cars and buses so traffic jams happen frequently.
Trees are chopped down to make more houses to grow the population but still without trees pollution, flood, and everything can happen.
E. Potency: Demography of the citizens, social culture, natural resources, education opportunity.
Demography of the citizens means the amount of productive citizens who live there. If a number of productive citizens higher than the unproductive ones, the town will have a good potency to grow.
Social culture means the diversity of culture and ethnic group that can support the tourism industry.
Natural resources such as mining, the fish product, the forest that can support town’s income.
F. Physical condition: The physical condition of town is complex but not as modern as the city and it really prioritize the development of the infrastructure than nature. It has the 2nd highest proportion of infrastructure of the settlements.
There is more infrastructure than the hamlet and the village because a town is a very developing country but not as developed as the city itself.
But environmentally it has a disadvantage due to taking too much space for infrastructure and have less space for the plants to grow. But still, it still has some space for the plants to grow.
G. Social Conditions: It has many social values there just like the city but only less wireless access than the city so we need like a 3G or 4G.
